2023 GPR Award of Excellence winner: Christian Nicholson

Christian started off in our Learn to Play program 13 years ago, then played in our house league program, select hockey, and then moved on to the GTHL. This award is in recognition of someone who truly goes above and beyond expectations. Christian volunteers his time to help in any manner needed. For years he has been an instructor for our Learn To Play programs, helps coach house league teams, helps on the ice with select teams, has been a house league referee, and has been an on ice instructor the past 2 years for our First Shift Programs. At 18 years of age, Christian is the youngest winner of a major award at Goulding Park!!
