The grass roots level of hockey is what the foundation of hockey in Canada is all about and it is where the players learn the love of the game. I think the most important aspect of any organization is its development system and teaching the players at the grass roots level the right way to play and develop under Hockey Canada’s philosophy. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and experience of developing athletes into the players they want to become and it starts with Goulding Park.
