STEPHANIE GAGNE , GPR CHAIRPERSON is this year’s winner of the Brant Snow Memorial Trophy"
This award is in the memory of long time Goulding Park Hockey Association President, Brant Snow for commitment and dedication to the Goulding Park Rangers Hockey Association. Brant passed away in 2017 after 40+ years as our President. Brant’s commitment, loyalty and dedication for this organization will never be surpassed. He led by example and was a true leader, not only for Goulding Park, but for all of minor hockey in the GTA.

Stephanie has also dedicated many years for Goulding Park. She has always shown the same level of dedication, commitment and the love of the game that Brant always did. Stephanie has been involved with almost every position within the organization from manager, her involvement with the NYR JR A team, GM of Goulding Park, and her current position as Chair of the GPR Board of Directors. With all the challenges of the past couple years, her role has increased significantly. Stephanie would be found at Goulding Park Arena and Herb Carnegie Arena constantly as our Covid Safety Rep, managing team safety reps, assisting with A and AA tryouts & registrations, helping organize the Learn To Play programs and house league. Stephanie was also the lead person in setting up and organizing the “First Shift Program” with great success. This program introduced young and new children to hockey that have never played before. Stephanie has always been a strong supporter of grass roots programs and took on this program to help our organization build with new young players. Stephanie has provided great leadership for all executives, coaches and managers throughout the years and has definitely earned the respect she deserves in minor hockey.
Congratulations Stephanie !!
