The Goulding Park Rangers AA Division is the competitive division of the Goulding Park Hockey Association (as is the North York Rangers even though they have been required to become separately incorporated).

Together we celebrate our 50th Anniversary with the start of the 2007-2008 season. The Association started in 1957 and became incorporated March 3, 1964.

We are incorporated as a community based not for profit association. There are no employees only volunteers and between the Goulding Park Rangers and North York Rangers we volunteered over 43,000 hours during the 2006-2007 season.

With the movement to the North York Rangers AAA division in 1995, we started to phase out Single A Teams. The last was the Peewee team coached by Al Hoey with Gary Battaglia as his assistant. Al was also the coach of the Willowdale Golden Bears competitive fastball team, which had won the Ontario Championships. When Al passed away Gary took over the team for its final year, being Minor Bantam. Gary remains with us as a scout for our Junior ‘A’ team.

Every year we have 9 teams in this division; Minor Atom (our Goulding Novice Select team has always been a great resource for players at this level), Atom, Minor Peewee, Peewee, Minor Bantam, Bantam, Minor Midget, Midget and Juvenile AAA. We have won more Carnation Cups (League Champions) at the Juvenile level than any other team in the GTHL. The Juvenile team is also a great resource for players and affiliate players for our North York Rangers Jr A team.

We are very proud of being a part of the Goulding Park Hockey Association. Every year we have players from House League and Select tryout for our division successfully. We welcome them.
